All of us can have periods of time when our mental health can take a dip. An important part of our Wellbeing Curriculum is teaching our children about different emotions, how to recognise them in ourselves and others and what to do if they feel uncomfortable.
We also offer support to parents and carers who are struggling with mental health – we know that it makes being a parent extra hard when we’re not feeling 100%.
Please ask for help if you are worried about your child’s mental health, your own mental health or someone you know.
